Better Fabrications in Less Time
GMF's Fine Plasma systems produce squarer edges, sharper inside and outside corners with better edge quality and narrower kerf width than conventional methods. When parts are received +/- .020" and free of dross and burrs, fabricating times are reduced dramatically.
Excellent Sheet Utilization
GMF's Fine Plasma systems have the capacity to handle plate sizes as large as 100"x 260". This allows our programmers the best opportunity to nest a large quantity of parts on a single sheet, minimizing scrap and reducing handling time.
Dual Pallet Shuttle Maximizes Cutting Time
Our dual automatic pallet shuttle allows completed cut shapes to be removed and new material to be loaded while the Fine Plasma system continues to produce your parts.
Tube and Structural shapes
The flexible table designs of our Fine Plasma Cutters are ideal for cutting holes and features in tubing and structural shapes. Making templates, transferring to steel parts, center punching, hand cutting and hand grinding are no longer necessary.
Stainless Steel and Aluminum
1.25" thick Stainless Steel and 1.0" thick Aluminum are cut with clean edges to tight tolerances.
