Quickmill Gantry Machining Centers
Combined with our two large Gantry Mills, the Toshiba horizontal boring mill is an integral part of our complete fabrication facility. We provide quality, on-time, cost effective machining solutions through all phases of fabrication under one roof. We control the process from start to finish!
Simultaneous 5-Axis Milling
The Rotary Table of our Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine allows Multi-Axis Machining of complex and contoured parts without repositioning. The Rotary Table indexing allows three dimensional precision machining of your fabrications.
Our 5' x 27' Gantry Mill, outfitted with a rotary positioner, is the machine of choice for those requiring precise features machined in pipe or tube up to 75' long, from 5" diameter to 22" diameter.
Our 8' x 15' Gantry Mill with Right Angle Head attachment is ideal for machining tube sheets, bridge expansion joints, and structural tubes and shapes.
High speed Vertical Mill
Among our vertical Milling Machines is a Mori Seiki NV 5000. With 12,000 rpm spindle speed, 2.6 second chip to chip tool change time, and shaped ways, this baby flies!
